Shell Again Moves Deadline For $1.8B Cove Energy Bid

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 12:44 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC on Thursday again extended the deadline for its $1.8 billion tender offer for Cove Energy PLC, clinging to hope that it can trump a Thai rival's higher bid in a four-month bidding war for Cove's interests in resource-rich East Africa.
