Sens. Pass $159B Bill Sans NLRB, ACA Defunding Measures

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 9:19 PM EDT) -- The Senate Appropriations Committee approved on partisan lines Thursday the $158.8 billion 2013 Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations Bill while defeating amendments drafted by Republicans aimed at defunding the National Labor Relations Board and provisions in the health care reform law.
