JPMorgan Leads $220M Financing For GE, Enel Wind Farm

Law360, Chicago (June 14, 2012, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A group of investors led by JPMorgan Chase & Co. will provide $220 million in tax equity financing for an Oklahoma wind farm held by an Enel Green Power SpA subsidiary and a GE Capital unit that is slated for completion later this year, Enel said Thursday.
