Judge Blocks Colo. Uranium Mill Project Permit

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A Colorado state judge on Wednesday voided Energy Fuels Inc.'s permit to build a new uranium mill, finding that the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment should have allowed a state conservation group to request a public hearing on the issue.
