NLRB Specialty Healthcare Ruling Not Radical, 6th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Critics have exaggerated the potential impact of the National Labor Relations Board's supposedly radical Specialty Healthcare decision, which some say helps unions organize by raising the bar for challenging narrow bargaining units, the Service Employees International Union told the Sixth Circuit on Thursday.
