NJ Lawmakers To Mull Revised Fee Hike To Fund E-Courts

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Millions of dollars collected from proposed hikes in New Jersey state court filing fees would be used exclusively to fund a so-called e-Court online information system and legal services for the poor under a bill up for consideration by a state budget panel on Monday.
