Rowe Trustee Sets Sights On Ch. 7 Conversion

Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Rowe Cos.’ disclosure statement has been approved, but now the trustee overseeing the bankruptcy wants to convert it from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 because, he says, the company has failed to live up to its obligations under Chapter 11.
