Catholic Hospitals Pull Support For Birth Control Bargain

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A coalition of Catholic hospitals on Friday retracted its support for accommodations for religious groups that objected to a rule created under the health care reform law requiring employers to include free contraceptives in their health care plans, saying the carveouts don't go far enough.
