Estee Lauder Calls Airport Retailer's Antitrust Suit 'Frivolous'

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. on Friday struck back against a Florida retailer that has accused the cosmetics giant of attempting to strong-arm it out of the beauty products market, calling the antitrust allegations frivolous and speculative.
