Drug Theft, Counterfeiting Bills Would Garner Few Cases: CBO

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 8:31 PM EDT) -- Two bills aimed at preventing the theft or counterfeiting of prescription drugs by increasing the penalties for such crimes, including one bill that the House passed Monday, would not result in a significant number of new prosecutions, the Congressional Budget Office said in a cost estimate.
