IBM Reseller's Attys Sanctioned In Monopoly Case

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for a reseller of IBM Corp. mainframes that alleges IBM's monopolistic behavior drove it into bankruptcy must reimburse IBM attorneys' travel expenses after the reseller canceled its CEO's deposition at the last moment, a Florida federal judge ruled Monday.
