Ex-Congressman, Mine Owner Want Out Of Superfund Suit

James Bilbray and a former owner of the Minnie Moore Mine Superfund site in Idaho say they shouldn't be liable for a $7 million cleanup because their relationship with the historic silver mine and its contamination is tenuous at best.
