Ex-Congressman, Mine Owner Want Out Of Superfund Suit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Former Nevada Rep. James Bilbray and a former owner of the Minnie Moore Mine Superfund site in Idaho say they shouldn't be liable for a $7 million cleanup because their relationship with the historic silver mine and its contamination is tenuous at best.
