Garlock Asbestos Claimants Denied Privileged Docs

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina bankruptcy judge on Tuesday denied a committee of Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC asbestos claimants' request to compel allegedly privileged documents related to past asbestos settlements, ruling that Garlock had not waived any privilege over the documents.
