Ex-USTRs Urge Prompt Action On Russian Trade Relations

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:22 PM EDT) -- A group of former U.S. Trade Representatives urged congressional leaders Tuesday to normalize trade relations with Russia, warning that failing to do so could put American businesses looking to ramp up exports at a competitive disadvantage when Russia joins the World Trade Organization.
