Continental Denies Liability For Studebaker Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 8:10 PM EDT) -- The Continental Casualty Co. on Tuesday filed a lawsuit claiming it is not obligated to provide coverage for environmental cleanup costs around the old Studebaker Corp. motor works in South Bend, Ind., until a $5 million policy from Hartford Insurance Co. is exhausted.
