Minn. AG Fires Back In Dispute With Accretive Health

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 2:55 PM EDT) -- Minnesota's attorney general on Tuesday threw the latest power punches in a high-profile slugfest with medical billing firm Accretive Health Inc., revising a consumer protection and patient privacy lawsuit to include additional allegations about the firm's debt collection tactics.

Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson's amended complaint continues the state's dispute with Accretive, which primarily deals in helping hospitals obtain payment.
