China Promises Yet More Rare Earth Controls

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 3:15 PM EDT) -- The Chinese government said Wednesday that it planned to redouble regulation of the rare earth metals industry, shrugging off criticism from the U.S., the European Union and Japan that the country hoards the natural resources for economic gain.
