6th Circ. Nixes Arrow Rig Worker's Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A male oil rig hand who sued Arrow Energy Services Inc. claiming to have been sexually harassed by another male co-worker lost a bid to revive his case Wednesday, when the Sixth Circuit said he hadn't shown that his gender was the reason for his alleged mistreatment.
