House Dems Press DOI To Toughen Fracking Disclosure Rules

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- House Democrats on Wednesday urged the U.S. Department of the Interior to revise its proposed regulations for hydraulic fracturing on federal lands to require disclosure of chemicals used in the process before it occurs rather than after, as the agency had originally proposed.
