China Closes Anti-Dumping Probe Of US Feed Imports

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 3:06 PM EDT) -- China on Thursday terminated its anti-dumping investigation into U.S. imports of animal feed produced during ethanol distillation after domestic producers petitioned to end the probe.

China’s Ministry of Commerce ended its anti-dumping probe into distillers dried grains with solubles, or DDGS, imported from the U.S.

Chinese anti-dumping regulations permitted the regulator to end probes when the instigating parties — biochemical company Anhui BBCA Group, Jilin Fuel Alcohol Co. Ltd. and Meihekou Fukang Alcohol Co. Ltd.— withdrew their petition, the agency said in a statement Thursday....
