Q. What’s the most challenging white-collar case you worked on, and why?

A. We represented one of the individual defendants in the WorldCom matter. It was the most challenging case because of the various types of actions that were brought. We defended this individual in federal securities fraud class action, state actions for recoupment of bonuses and recovery of damages under state securities laws, income tax...
