Finance Co. Favors 'Young And Dumb' Employees, Suit Says

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A former Southern Management Corp. branch manager alleged in a complaint filed Tuesday that the South Carolina consumer finance company fired him because of his age, and that his boss had even said he'd rather hire his employees "young and dumb."

William B.
