NLRB Scraps Hyundai-Aerotek Gag Clause Over Worker Pay

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board has found that Hyundai Rotem USA Corp. and Aerotek Inc. violated labor laws by including in joint employment contracts a confidentiality clause that barred employees from discussing wages.

In an order issued June 14, a three-judge panel acting on authorization from the NLRB affirmed an administrative law judge’s findings that the two companies’ policies had violated the National Labor Relations Act.
