Reliant Seeks Dismissal From Natural Gas Suit

Law360, New York (September 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Citing a recent Supreme Court decision, Reliant Energy Inc. has asked a district court to dismiss an antitrust case filed against the company on the grounds that the plaintiffs have not adequately stated a claim.
