KKR Raises $3B, Opens New Office To Extend Reach In Asia

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm KKR & Co. has raised more than $3 billion for its second Asia-focused fund and will open a new office in Singapore to target South Asian deals, according to a Friday securities filing and information from a major institutional investor.
