Foreign Arbitration Tribunals Fair For Discovery: 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 7:10 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit found Monday that a private arbitration forum was a foreign tribunal for discovery purposes in a case allowing an Ecuadorean phone company to obtain discovery related to a shipping contract billing dispute involving allegedly inflated invoices that could violate Ecuador's collusion laws.
