Calif. Bar May Ramp Up Atty Discipline After High Court Ruling

Law360, San Diego (June 26, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court's recent order directing the state bar to take another look at 24 cases reprimanding lawyers, including several matters involving loan modification scams, signals that the state bar may need to get tougher on attorneys who engage in professional misconduct.
