Judge Sacks BLM Plan To Open Colo. Plateau To Drilling

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge Friday struck down a Bureau of Land Management plan to open the state’s Roan Plateau to oil and gas drilling, finding that the agency neglected to consider an alternative strategy for managing the lands as required under federal law.
