AG Set For Trial In Dam Rent Suit Against Utilities

Law360 (September 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Montana's claim that utilities should pay rent for running hydroelectric dams on state land has been bolstered by recent pretrial decisions in which the state judge ruled against the companies, the state attorney general has said.
