S. Africa Court Kills Watchdog's Fertilizer, Foam Appeals

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 3:30 PM EDT) -- South Africa's constitutional authority on Tuesday rejected attempts by the country's antitrust regulator to overturn separate rulings blocking the agency from revising its allegations of cartel activity against makers of fertilizer and polyurethane foam products.
