FDA Questions Safety Of Rockstar Energy Booster

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 8:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has warned Rockstar Inc. that its energy booster products contain an unsafe ingredient, according to a letter published Tuesday, as the agency once again targeted a company marketing a beverage as a supplement.
