Kraft Seeks Stay In P&G Coffee Packaging Spat

Law360, New York (September 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kraft Global Foods Inc. has asked for a stay in its legal battle with Procter & Gamble Co. over plastic coffee containers pending the outcome of a re-examination proceeding involving the patent at issue in the case.
