Law360, Wilmington (June 29, 2012, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Reviving a proxy battle that came up short last year, activist investor Carl Icahn sued on Thursday to force Forest Laboratories Inc. to open its books and records, citing concerns about the drugmaker’s succession plan for 84-year-old CEO Howard Solomon.
