Device Cos. Face Slim Chance Of Tax Repeal After ACA Ruling

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Manufacturers of artificial joints, synthetic heart valves and other sophisticated medical devices say they'll continue fighting an industry tax contained in the U.S. Supreme Court-approved health care reform law, but their odds of success look increasingly slim, experts said Friday.
