Group Asks To Tell Workers Of Possible Union Abuses

Law360 (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A legal defense group has moved to intervene in a lawsuit brought by Cintas Corp. employees against labor union Unite Here for allegedly using their license plate information to recruit new members, asking the court to let it tell about 12,000 other American workers that Unite Here may have done the same to them.
