ITC Dings Griffin For Mobile Device Case Infringement

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 3:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday said that Griffin Technology Inc. has infringed Otter Products LLC's patent covering protective cases used for mobile devices, announcing that Griffin's iPad and iPhone cases are suspect.
