Red Cross Fights Off J&J Suit Over Famous Mark

Law360, New York (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fighting back against a Johnson & Johnson lawsuit that targets its symbol, the American National Red Cross has pushed to toss part of the suit and has slapped the pharmaceutical giant with counterclaims accusing it of unfair competition.
