Retail Group Urges Obama To Fast-Track ACA Employer Regs

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A retail industry group on Monday urged President Barack Obama to prod his administration to release employer requirements under the health care reform law, claiming their delay jeopardizes the future of employer-sponsored health coverage.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association claims it has provided extensive input to regulators on employer requirements since the 2010 passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court last week.
