Chevron Mining Loses Appeal In NLRB Bonus Dispute

Circuit on Tuesday upheld a ruling by the National Labor Relations Board that Chevron Mining Inc. violated labor laws when it made changes to a bonus plan after unionized workers used their memorial days to strike, finding their actions protected by the collective bargaining agreement.
