Ariz. County Seeks To Debar Ogletree Deakins

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 8:51 PM EDT) -- Arizona's Maricopa County has sought to prevent Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC from serving as a contractor for the county and has amended class claims that accuse the firm of 300 billing errors, including billing clients associate attorney rates for the work of recent law school graduates, the county confirmed Thursday.
