Chevron Must Give Back Ecuadorean Docs, Consultancy Says

Law360, Washington (July 6, 2012, 3:12 PM EDT) -- Consulting firm Weinberg Group pushed a Washington magistrate judge on Friday to force Chevron Corp. to return hundreds of documents in a fraud suit over an $18 billion Ecuadorean oil spill judgment, saying the company's subpoena should be more narrowly tailored.
