AstraZeneca Wants Seroquel, Zyprexa Plaintiffs' Docs

Law360, New York (September 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Drug maker AstraZeneca LP is asking a judge to let it obtain documents from Eli Lilly & Co. about any patients who brought claims concerning its drug Seroquel and also sued Lilly over problems with its medication, Zyprexa.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, AstraZeneca asked to see copies of all medical and mental health records of the individuals that had filed claims in both suits.
