Bankrupt Ritz Camera Seeks Stalking Horse Bid

Law360, New York (July 9, 2012, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Ritz Camera & Image LLC is seeking a stalking horse bidder as it looks to auction itself as a going concern by early September, according to documents the company filed Friday in Delaware bankruptcy court.
