SEC Won't Extend Section 404 Deadline Again

Law360 (September 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Small businesses should begin preparing to comply with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, because although they have received several deadline extensions from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, another will not be forthcoming, according to an SEC official.
