EU Antitrust Regulator Seeks Input On Czech Coal Plant Sale

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 2:44 PM EDT) -- The European Union's antitrust regulator on Tuesday opened the doors to comments on Czech utility CEZ AS' agreement to sell off one of its power plants in order to evade pressure over its allegedly monopolistic conduct in the electricity industry.
