Airbus Inks $4.2B Contract With Cathay Pacific

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Hong Kong-based air carrier Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. has inked a purchase and conversion order with French aircraft manufacturer Airbus SAS that could be worth as much as $4.2 billion, ending Airbus' three-year order drought, both companies said Tuesday.
