NLRB Insists 3 Board Members Issued Union Election Rule

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday again told a Washington federal court that it erred in finding that a controversial rule aimed at streamlining union elections was enacted without the required three members, saying member Brian Hayes had played his part in issuing the rule by abstaining from a vote.
