Pittsburgh Faces CWA Suit Over Stormwater Management

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A state environmental advocacy group on Monday lodged a suit against the city of Pittsburgh and its water and sewer regulator for violating the Clean Water Act by allowing a 55-acre Buncher Co. development project to move forward despite not meeting required stormwater management standards.
