House OKs Bill To Expedite Hydropower Development

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 10:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Monday unanimously approved legislation that aims to ease the process for the development of small hydropower and conduit projects, and directs the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to consider a streamlined two-year permitting process.
