COPPA Revision To Come In Fall, FTC's Leibowitz Says

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission's long-anticipated update to its online privacy rule for children will be out in the fall, FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz has told Law360, adding that the agency will continue to push Congress to enact other privacy laws to protect consumers from unwanted data collection and security breaches.
